  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Hey all,
Have an Epic Dragon that came up with a lovely issue recently. The image is shifted way into the green. When AWB is performed, it shifts it back -34. Any idea what might be causing this? About to hit up red support but thought I'd try y'all first in case you have a 'duh' answer that's easy.

Camera was recently upgraded to Dragon sensor about a month or so ago with no issues until now.
Was Factory Reset and Black Balanced to try and correct to no avail.

Hope y'all have a solution? Thanks in advance.

Yep easy, you have the wrong OLPF selected

Yes, could potentially be wrong selected OLPF. If you recently did the dragon update, they probably put in the Interchangeable OLPF. You should be able to look through the mount and see engraved either a L or S. Then go into your maintenance menu. In there is an option for OLPF. Make sure your OLPF selected there match's what's installed. L = Low light Optimized. S = Skin tone Highlight.

Hope that helps.

Such a simple setting. That did it. Thanks a bunch!

I think the weapon has a way of recognising which OLPF is inserted now?!?

this caught me out when I first got my dragon too!
