Green screen troubleshoot ?

Hi,

I've got a problem with my Red Epic when i start today to shoot i've got a greenscreen. I can read correctly my files in my ssd but i want to shoot with a Canon 24-70mm i cant see images in my screen i've just a greenscreen.
I try to restart - restore - Upgrade - disassembly but nothing do.
Do you have idea ?

Have you tried changing the cable to the Screen?

If the cable doesn't work, try another side module, if available.

Nick, i dont have other side module. But if the cable doesn't work or side module normaly i can't read existing file in my ssd ? i my case i can read file but in shoot mode i've got greenscreen or multiple color (See photo this morning)

This looks like more than a cable or LCD fault as all the colours red, green and blue are there, and you say you can playback off SSD.
