I keep a Danadolly ( http://www.danadolly.com ) in my truck for times when I want a little camera movement but I don't have a PeeWee or Hybrid. $850 gets you the 'rental kit' that includes everything you'd ever need (except the pipe). I use 6' lengths of schedule 80 aluminum pipe and have run DSLR/F900R/Red along it with perfect results. The base has a Mitchel Mount but the rental kit comes with 150mm/100mm/75mm ball adapters.

I wouldn't want to be on it all day but for days when there wasn't a call for any dolly moves but you wanted to add one to one shot just to polish it, this is a great little gizmo.

made this is my garage. splurged and spent $160 for the NICE skateboard wheels. pretty functional though not as compact as some commercial offerings. I think my next move will be a Matthews Round-D-Round.
