  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Graeme's magic...

Thanks Graeme,
I actually spoke to Travis today, he confirmed that as well.
Don't touch the Raw data ;) good!

( but Please look at the still images I sent him, I am worried about some other image processing issues ... )

The RED cameras always shoot and record RAW, so nothing that is done with a new REDGamma is permanent - as you say, it's metadata. One of the major benefits of RAW is that you can keep improving things.

Graeme, Sit in meetings with you discussing color science and sometimes I understand and sometimes I don't but from what I know I am VERY excited about RedGamma 3.....

Merci mille fois,

IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE??

A very, very early Christmas. Thanks guys. I have only just got used to how creepily good REDgamma3 is.

Any news on a REDlogfilm2?

:)

Awesome! Can't wait to use it! Where would we be without Graeme? (or the rest of the RED team for that matter)

Love this RedGamma 3 news!

Graeme - thanks for all you do :)

To the ones who make fun of Canadians eh! Take some Graeme medicine and shut it. Thanks Graeme

This is the reason i invested in red witout worry. Not only your camera gets better for free. Youre old footage gets to. Raw is amazing.

I can't wait to improve my footage from early 2008.

What is going on with RED FUEL? I hope you will include these updates in the next RED SDK asap.

This may be reference to the last time Jim started a thread like this Deanan left soon after. Just guessing.

Wasn't that a thread about Rob though? But I don't think either Rob or myself are leaving.
