Hi Kaku,

You are right. But how can I face the problem with missing PCIe slots in my Mac???? There is only one x 16 and I need at least three of them plus a couple of x 8 ones. I also found out about the Cyclone 600-2707 but you need to double brave !!!!!

Are you planning doing the same as what DaVinci requires on Linux system but trying to do with Mac? That is what I'm looking in for.

Dual GPU, Dual RR, RAID card and in my case 10Gb ethernet for S3D for DaVinci.

Hi Kaku,

I do have this planning in the back of my mind for Resolve, but even at my present situation : x 16 Nvidia Quadro FX 4500, x 8 Redrocket, x 8 or x 4 Kona 3, x 16 ATTO Celerity FC-82EN plus something else in the near future, where all will go in a single Mac Pro (model just before the Nehalem??????
