  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Alright guys, if you haven't already read our status then check out our page for the whole scoop on whats going on with these motors (http://viewfactor.net/forum/index.php?topic=57.0).

We just kicked off production of the major die cast components for Inclino today and will be commencing with assembly within a couple weeks. We are running late but I think you will all be pleased with the results when we get these out the door.

Stay tuned this weekend for Inclino/Impero video demos... we decided to do a head to head comparison with a big brand name competitor so its taking a bit of logistics to arrange.

Here are some really nice shots josh took this evening - the gunmetal finish doesn't show through really well but it looks fantastic. This finish was really hard to get right on the die cast parts (we tried about 7 different surface treatments). Luckily PVD is super durable and doesn't scratch easily...

Thank you for all the hard work in getting this motor system together for a great price. Really...

Can you share any news on the dev. front concerning hand held zoom controllers or the like? I am in desperate need of some kind of solution to power/control the zoom on my s16 10.5-210mm zoom. I need help and I do not want to go elsewhere, just the thought of it bums me out.

Andrew... its being worked on. I have a friend (another enginerd) hacking out the form factor and we are going to use the guts from Impero to power it. We'll have more info and hopefully photos in a month or so.
BTW.. thats one mean looking dog you have as an avatar.

best to delay and do it right, glad I ordered early cuz there is going to be quite the rush on these puppies!!
 
I am not so good at waiting around, when will you have regular stock so I can
order and get shipped same week ?

I actually got the check out the motor in these photos and it looks amazing. The finish is gorgeous and the design inside the housing is even more impressive. Can't wait to see one on set.
