Hi guys, I'm looking for some good courses I can access online. Doesn't have to be free, but also not looking for any sort of degree/certificate, just some videos that will help improve my skillset. Any suggestions?

I subscribe to shane's innercircle and it has some good info there. But I think when you start you only see the month you got in and then forward. If you want the older articles/vidoes you have to pay. (don't know if its still like this).
Then theres this one http://indiecinemaacademy.com/ I've seen just the free samples and it looks ok, don't know about the paid stuff.
Theres also filmskills, but seems more like an "online film school". Don't know how deep it goes since I also never paid for it, only saw the samples.
Then there's some DP's blogs that teaches some lighting, some podcast and whatnot. Don't know any from the top of my head but its out there...

This is where I started 2 years ago. It is really great info.

Aputure also has some bite sized lighting tips and tricks for those starting. Good stuff (using their lights of course). An oldie but goodie is Arris Lighting Handbook which you can find for free on the net. I went to film school, worked in productions and learned most from there, but that handbook was where I started and its still great (the one I have is a bit outdated in the lights but the setups still hold up ). EDIT here's the link for it. http://www.arri.com/fileadmin/media...t_Information/ARRI_Lighting_Handbook_2016.pdf

The Aputure series is so bad. Wow. I got really upset one time so I tried to avoid them.

Can't watch that again. But man. Do yourself a favor and look at the seasoned pros work and how they do stuff.
https://www.rogerdeakins.com/ for example. Search that forum. Roger directly answers questions.

I love Shane Hurlbut’s Inner Circle, his tutorials are amazing, and the secret Facebook group is filled with many people (including Shane) to bounce questions/ideas off of.
