Good book for CGI cinematography?

Looking to read up on how to shoot more practical green and blue screen stuff and proper techniques and ways people shoot massive scenes with green screen. Anyone know any good books or articles about this? want to shoot some sci fi soon and want to have a clear grasp of proper elements.
