  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Thanks, Harvey. Do you ever use it to power cameras or only recharge batts?
 
We use it for everything. Cameras, lights, harddrives. The only thing it struggles with are high wattage things like power tools and space heaters.
 
I have a 150 and 400 Ive used for powering lights. You just have to be careful with amperage draw on the Lead acid versions with bigger lights or strobes.

Works awesome for LEDs tho.

I realize that I am resurrecting a 1 year old thread, but I would rather do that than start a new one.


Thanks for the link Harvey! I am wanting to do a conversion camper/production van with a sprinter, so that gives me some ideas.

Anybody else have any experience powering light/cameras/charging in remote places?
