Guys

I am looking to draft a proposal for a major project in the near future. This poject has a nice budget and I am looking to see if any REDOWNERS have any old proposals and/or go-bys that they are willing to forward on. Most of the projects that I have done have been very small in comparison to this. Any information would greatly be appreciated.
