GlobalMediaPro chargers and RED Bricks

can anybody put this straight for me, i know there're tons of threads about this topic but i'm really not able to sort it out myself cause it's really contradictory:
do GMP chargers actually charge RED bricks?


i know the GMP staff members themselves suggest not to do it

It has been working fine for me so far, but other people reported issues with GMP chargers and Red batteries, so maybe it's hit or miss...

And the GMP batteries also work fine on the Epic, with the additional benefit of having a second D-Tap included in the battery and being way way cheaper. Initially I bought them to use them on my Lite-panels, but I ended up using the GMP batteries on the Epic and the Red bricks on the lite-panels.
