Glitches and and Artifacting from Scarlet-X

Does anyone know what would cause this?
Is it fixable?

We have been shooting on the Scarlet-X for 2 years at a children's show and this is the first time this has ever happened. The glitches only appear on the far right side of the frame and show up in the RED player as well as davinci resolve.
Has anyone ever seen something like this before? I don't know much about RED workflow myself and this is my first post here on these forums, any help would be appreciated!

Edit: it's only affected 4 shots in the middle of a mag so I think it may have been a battery dieing that caused it, anyone experienced this before?

Have you tried rendering it straight from the master redmag?

The mag was offloaded and backed up with shotput pro and has been used again so the material is no longer on it. Do you think it was an offload problem?

Ive seen this many times and caused by different results.

Overheating, bad mag, power shutdown, etc....

Hope you can save the frames.
