This guy has some clean Nikon and Contax lenses. That TC-14B extender is important if using longer Nikors. The Contax lenses are two of the best. Don't turn your nose up at the 135mm just because it's only f2.8. It's sharp as anything ever made in that focale length.

cheers,

Hi,

They are rebuilt Contax lenses with a PL mount, just like the Ultracam Zeiss Ultratron range in BNCR.

But how would you get a Contax mount to fit on a Red? I thought the "only" options were PL, Nikon or Canon...

Right now that's true. I'm sure someone will do a Contax mount as the lenses are just to good to pass up. Get them while they're cheap. If you find a 15mm f2.8 or a 21mm cheap, buy them they are worth their weight in gold.
This holds true for the 50 f1.2 and the 85 f1.2. Although you can buy them both in f1.4 for a fraction of the price. The 200 f2 Apo Sonnar is probally the finest short fast tele EVER made. Very rare though. And so forth.

Oh yeah I forgot. You can use an adapter to go from Contax to Canon. duh lol

Like this one..

There are cheaper ones out there. If your looking for Contax lenses just type in contax lens on ebay. Lots to choose from. Remember you would be looking for ones for the SLR cameras not the rangefinders. Although you could use those but in that case you WOULD have to build a custom mount for sure.
