Hi All,
Selling this beautiful lens that I picked up a few months ago. As much as I wanted a 28mm hollywood for quite some time, I realized that 99% of what I shoot calls for zoom lenses.
It has IMPERIAL markings (in feet). Used it for one shoot after I got it and realized it had a small issue. Aperture would click open slightly while pulling focus when lens was wide open and some minor slack in the focus ring. Sent it back to GL and it is now working fine per his specs. I still think theres a little bit of minor slack though GL assures that it's within spec. He offered to take another look at it however I wasn't about to spend $160 for shipping in order for him to just give me a thumbs up, so I took his word for it.

GL has had a few revisions to his rehouse process and this is v1. With that said, there's a few issues. I'm super OCD about my lenses so this may be a non issue for most though I wanted to disclose. Keep in mind I am VERY picky.
1) 4-5 of the teeth on the aperture ring are marked. Follow focus would never reach this part of the ring so its purely cosmetic.
2) When pulling focus wide open, there is a very faint audible clicking sound. Per GL, this is something to do with the first version rehouse, which he has now revised in his current rehousing process. He can update the rehouse to the style in which he rehouses Leicas though it was $2500 so I just figured I would live with it.
3) Focus ring is a little stiffer at MFD than at infinity. Again, it's a v1 rehouse so GL said this was within spec.
Priced for a quick sale, $2150 shipped / OBO in the CONUS via UPS ground. Pay via paypal gift or add 3% for regular paypal. Insurance is on buyer.
