  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

As many of you I guess, I've had the pleasure to follow at least one of these brothers since those old times @dvxuser or @dvinfo, when Obin wanted to get a(n) HD camera from almost nothing in anything other than as his ingenious ideas. And a lot of hard (also VFX) work such as it was already possible to find then, from his boy's hands. Nice to see you now as a perfect grown up moviemaker, man!

Thanks guys, our major focus on this was story, the last frontier for us and we wanted to fully articulate it, even without dialog, and in short form. Story is king, and if we could find a way to include our vfx(we did) and tell a good story - that was the goal - so far the audience seems to be responding well.

"WATCH IT: My Plastic Sun "Give It All Away" (Brothers Olson, dir.)

How about an old-fashioned story created with modern tools by two enterprising guys outside of Hollywood? The Brothers Olson create a fantasy world for this narrative clip that feels a bit like a cross between a Harlequin romance and a Victoria's Secret ad. Is it very melodramatic and way over-the-top? You betcha. --> watch "Give It All Away"
 
We would really like to get network play on this...anyone know anyone that can help make that happen? pm if you do
