Wow what an awesome movie. Just saw it on Netflix On-Demand. Really beautiful image and engaging story about relationships, jealously, boundaries and the sheer power of the woman in our society. That final scene with the Jewish jeweler was such a damn good way to end it too

If you haven't seen it, do. It's very well done.

agree. Girlfriend is probably my fav SS film. Go see bubble if you havent already.

i frind traffic slow and a little boring to be honest. Erin Brockovich is great, but safe. Ocean's movies (1 and 2) are fun. Solaris i really enjoyed, The Informant i havent seen yet, The good German was interesting, Che i havent seen yet, Sex, Lies, and Videotape i liked mostly due to spader. But I just think Girlfriend experience is really unique and the performances in Bubble are astounding. All of SS films are worth watching.

Girlfriend Experience is a great little indie movie (of course have DVD in my collection) and also if you are a bit an expert should watch

"Vivre Sa Vie/My Life to Live" from J.L.Godard (see my signature) from 1962.

"This film explores a Parisian woman's descent into prostitution." and that was a main Soderbergh's inspiration to make GF.

Will do Sanjin. i'm no expert btw

Yes, a great film. Solid.

Girlfriend is an interesting little film. Has an indie / low-budget vibe to it, but still a strong production. Good use of available light or not adding much light to a set. Definitely check it out if you're a RED shooter or RED fan.

Personally, I thought the story was good, but it didn't really grab me in a way that it seems to entice others here. I watched it when it first showed on HD.net. I'll definitely check it out again since it's on Netflix instant now.
