Getting small replacement parts

Hi!

I unfortunately lost one of the hinges of my side bracket,

is it possible to get those seperately including the spring and the bolt?

and also, one of those little black screws on my cradle have been lost as well,

is it possible to get those?

You can order a cradle thumbscrew replacement kit (4 pieces), and a red wingnut kit (5 pieces) from the red store.

I'm in the same position on the cradle screws, and I don't see those in the store. What are they under?

And I don't believe that XiaoSu was talking about the wingnuts... I believe he was talking about the bottom of the side mount, the parts with the spring and hex nut inside it.

I would also like to know if it's possible to buy replacement parts for the handles - specifically the aluminum "end caps". Rental clients tend not to be careful where they put the rig when shooting hand-held so mine are already pretty messed up :'-(

Also - almost lost the small thumbscrews in the cradle a few times, but found them lying in the bottom of the case.

haha, I found the small screw for the cradle, but am still missing one of the hinges for the side bracket.
