I will be going on a trip across country soon and I wanted to bring my Scarlet on the road with me. I have a power inverter that I want to use to charge my Redvolts but the manual mentions a non-sinusoidal power signal:

"contact the equipment manufacturer to determine the rechargeable appliance's compatibility with the modified sine wave (non-sinusoidal) AC waverform"

Will this inverter work with the Redvolt chargers?

Thanks

AFAIK it's only audio equipment that has trouble with the modified sine wave. I lived half my life on solar power and never had any trouble with electronics, but our neighbor with a recording studio had to shell out for a pure sine-wave inverter.

I have run Red chargers from a few different inexpensive inverters, never had a problem. I have a spare charger, just in case. YMMV...
