Hey everyone,
Quick general theory question.
When it comes to playback performance for the sake of dailies, are data rates the only spec that counts?
Meaning, will a hypothetical 150 MB per second negative that's 6k pixels across, play back at the same speed as a hyperpothetical 150MB per second negative that's 8k across?
Or what if it's an equivalent resolution and data rate, but two different sensor families? Like Dragon and Monstro? Or Helium and a Monstro? (No RRX in the equation. Just plain computing power.)
Thanks in advanced for any help!
