Geforce 3090 And suddenly All Red Videos are black!

Hiya,
I just got a new EVGA 3090 Card today.
Windows 10 Pro and the latest Geforce Game Driver. Redcine and Davinci Resolve can no longer display Red files. They are all black. No error message, just black.
I tested in other 3d programs and they seem to work fine.

Has anyone else got this configuration to work?

I got Redcine to work by disabling GPU, restarting then Enabling and restarting again.
Resolve still does not work. Strange lines going over the image.

Install previous version of the driver.

I installed Resolve 17 Beta and that fixed it. Maybe it would have worked if I installed 16 again. I may give 17 a shot since I'm not doing anything super important at the moment.
