Hey everyone,

I got my tilta cage for my Komodo and its great but the handle does not fit well it my hand. I was thinking of getting the GDU Cowboy handle for the komodo and this little rosette nato clamp

My thought was I could have the handle attached to the clamp and the clamp attached to the tilta cage nato rail for quick removal when jumping from handheld to gimbal

everything I could find shows it will work. Does anyone have any experience with the small rig nato rail or GDU handle? It looks nice and comfortable handle.

Ive been using the cowboy handles on mine, but attached to the timmy ribs via GDU adapter. I dont use a cage. They are super nice handles for sure, so probably worth the effort to rig them up to the tita cage.

Does the tilta cage have Arri M6 rosettes? If so the cowboy handles should mate just fine without the nato clamp.

I’m using the cowboy handle on the tilta cage currently. I had to remove the top fixture from the handle, and the screw that comes with it is a little long for most of the holes on the cage, but I found it secures very well in two spots on the front left and right segments. I’m using the outrigger handle as well, so flipping the cowboy handle offered a nice hold on the opposite side for stability.
