Out of the blue on a shoot this week I started getting this error message when trying to offload my footage

"USB Accessories Disabled. Unplug the accessory using too much power to re-enable USB devices"

Has anyone experienced this before?

Mac/PC? Any hubs? Switch cables? I have the same reader on a Mac with no issues.
