Web content company is looking for First A/C - Yes Still looking - AGAIN

Full-time AC / Focus Puller for full-time Monday - Friday work
I know some of you have seen this ad before but we still have yet to find anyone that works out. - Please note we are looking for someone " FULL TIME" not for a gig that lasts a short time. Our main A/C has been with us for 3 years now. Please don't take this job knowing you're going to just use it to pass the time until a big movie comes along.
Please note this is an example from a past AC we hired part-time who gave us this to help weed out people unqualified.
"Our DP likes to shoot wide open, at Short distances, on a zoom lens. The depth of field in most cases is LESS than half an inch. No rehearsal, no time for marks. This position is best suited for an AC who has pulled on handheld setups before in similar situations, music videos with Steadicam, Etc."
This is all on location "Large Mansion type houses", we are at the same location for 3 to 4 months so no load in wrap out every day.
We do shoot about 2 to 3 big days a month with boats helicopters and other fun stuff but this would be true on location work.
We need people ASAP
Must be able to work with Arri Alexia mini and Angenieux Lens remote follow focus WCU-4, ETC. We have 1 Alexa mini and one Canon c300 sometimes shooting at the same time.
Day rate is 450.00 - flat we average 7-9 hour days - we are not union
Please Send resume with equipment that you have worked with.
If we're a good match we would want to have you as an employee for the company not independent contractor unless that is what you prefer.
Please note this is not a normal ad looking for cheap or free work we are a booming web company and need skilled people. In my experience with Craigs List for all the work for food etc ad's and IMDB credit people will forgo experience for free bodies. We are just the opposite were willing to pay but you need the skills so if you do not have the knowledge or experience please don't waste both our time.
I want to reiterate that we need skilled people for this and you will have to come to set to try out before we hire you. We have had a couple people that talk a good game, came to set and had to ask how to turn the camera on, etc.We are fast-paced so if you're a sit in your chair and wait for things to happen this is not for you. If you have used a 5D and figure it's not much different or that you're willing to come work for us so you can learn please do not respond.
If you can pull focus without a monitor then we really want to meet you.
