About latency, there is a good device to measure any 3D LUT Box added from processing lag, Leo Bodnar Video Signal Input Lag Tester.

Unfortunately I don't have Fuji IS-Mini to test and report back.

The eeColor 3D LUT Box I'm using has 0 ms added lag.
