@ michael. glad you loved it. i've been finding folks on both sides of the political fence seem to enjoy it. i took the route of just having some fun and by openly making an ass of myself, everyone is disarmed and can have a laugh.

@peter- that's funny, i actually wrote a novel which is pretty darn close to that theme...

i had always imagined expanding fuel meat america into a cross-country, hunter thompson-esque, photoournalistic, escapade/commentary on americana and that which drives americans, obviously in the editorial spirit of the short.
