For a very long time these were my favorite lenses. They're sharp and contrasty. I was under the impression that the 16mm vignettes slightly on the red. Am I mistaken?

The MX sensor [ON EPIC S35] is 30x15 and there is a look around area that is larger than the largest recordable area, I can't recall the exact numbers at this moment. The largest recordable area is 5120x2700.

5120 pixels at 5.4 microns = 27.65mm wide.

It's actually port-holing and it's really only visible wide open on the 16 and 24mm lenses. Standard speeds are the most underrated glass available in PL mount IMHO.
