FS: Zeiss 65mm T1.3 Super Speed MII

[Evin Grant]

I am selling this lens for a friend but it is in my possession and it's beautiful.
As the title states this is for a single Zeiss Super Speed lens. If you've been lucky enough to acquire a set of Super Speeds in the recent past you know their value and quality. This is the rarest of Super Speeds the elusive 65mm!
It is gorgeous, perfect glass silky mechanics and normal barrel wear for it's age. This lens will complete any 5 lens Super Speed package.

Specs:
Mark II series
T1.3-16
Full focus rotation through 340º
Five bladed iris
Factory PL mount
Comes with front and rear caps.
Meter scale blacked out for better visibility of foot scale.

This lens checks out perfectly and was professionally maintained but if you like I can have Duclos or Focus Optics provide a clean bill of health before a sale.

As you all may have seen 5 lens sets of MII Super Speeds are going for around $45K-$50K depending on condition.
This is an even rarer lens and in superb condition so please make offers accordingly.

[PrairieSoul]

Is this 65 still for sale?

[Evin Grant]

Absolutely.

[Todd Anderson]

Evin,

It looks as though the 65mm focal length is the "perfect canine portrait lens". Maybe you should market it that way?. ... I love the 'under-bite' with his fangs showing; personality to burn and a great looking pup, there...

Cheers,
Todd

[PrairieSoul]

How much do you want for it?

If your willing to sell the dog, how much for your wife? Word on the street is she washes a mean set of dishes.

[Evin Grant]

And laundry too... I think Jim might be the only one here with the bank roll, but he's already got one.
