FS: Ronford Baker Fluid Head Setup

Hey guys

I've decided to sell my awesome Ronford tripod setup. Here's what I have;

• Ronford-Baker F4 Fluid Head (Comes with Quickplate, 150mm Bowl, tie down, pan handle, pan handle extension & hard silver case) MAX LOAD is 35 lb. but I've loaded up a lot more.
• Ronford-Baker Medium Duty STANDARD Legs + TUFF CASE
• Ronford-Baker Medium Duty BABY Legs + CASE (Legs are more "used" looking than the Standards)
• Ronford-Baker Floor Spreader
• 150mm Hi-Hat

I just priced this all out at VisualProducts.com and they're selling it for $3,644 which does not include the HI-HAT, 3 CASES, QUICKPLATE, 150MM BOWL & TIE DOWN. I'm pricing to sell at $2,500 for everything. LA Pickup OK. Buyer pays shipping/handling. I'll post pictures over the weekend.

This gear has served me well on a number of shoots for the past 2.5 years. I bought the setup from a local cinematographer who bought them new. Over a year ago I had the head sent in and rebuilt at Isaia & Company. I'm moving on to a lighter weight system.

For a more realistic price on this, ask Visual Products what price they will pay to buy it from you. It will be a lot less.

Yea, and then they will turnaround and sell it for more than my asking price so what's your point exactly? I'm open to offers but I'm not going to sell this rock solid gear for what a dealer would pay for it when their full intent is to profit from the sale. I think it's a great deal for 2500. It's a lot less than what I paid for it and a lot less than what Visual Products is currently charging.
