  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Scarlet is going after Epic anyway.

And nobody knows when Epic is coming out.

Not even Jim himself.

Go back to my sale:

The most of potential buyers want just a body and some extras.

My idea is to sell whole package as it is.

I'm still didn't decide to split the package.

This package with RED PL and IMS PL,++ combo is still making an extraordinary pictures.

People don't recognize the value of IMS, even IMS PL mount that was made from the stainless steel is much better than the original RED PL mount.

Also the collimating process of IMS mount is very easy with use of shims that is an Arri or German standard mount option.

For example to swap between Arri PL and Panavision PV mount is a job done in two seconds.

Two latest pictures from today: Monday morning, June 21, 2010 between 10 AM and 11.30 AM.

All shots were made with the balcony glass (a bit dirty) that is between the bird flower, lenses and R1-MX.

Probably is going to happen as you wish.

Right now I'm in a wild waters of sales but still keep strong with my emergency belt.

That means in a week I'm back on the ground of RED users safely.

My RED1-MX sold for the record of 27,335.57 Euro (EUR)

that equals 33,671.96 US Dollar (USD) or equals 22,324.96 British Pound (GBP)

in the middle of Arri Alexa land that means Germany.

The buyer wants to stay anonymous.

The R1-MX package also included both RED PL and P+S Technik PL mount.

Sanjin, I hope you plan on checking in here once in a while. It won't be the same without the big yellow text and links to all things Leica!

I have a Strange feeling that he sold the camera to the maker himself and got discount for epic as well!
If my suspicion is right Jim made the right decision.
Sanjin is valuable!
 
The price included one of the four basic packages plus some of the extras.

R1-MX is a great value.
