Anyone offer $3500? I really want to buy some audio equipment and just cannot do it until I sell this lens.

Thanks but 3,000 has already been offered and for that amount, I will just have to keep the lens and look forward to the time when I might go in for a full set of the RPPs. The 18-50 is a great addition to a full set of PL. I only would get rid of the lens now to offset my audio equipment purchase.

I second that. I didn't buy one with my camera, but bought a used one later. Then after a few months I sold it... There are lots of times I wish I still had it. Great compact zoom with close focus ability and good optical performance. Highly underrated lens.

Keep in mind older lenses tend to loose value. I had an original 300 mm RED lens I was selling. Someone offered 3700 for it- My offer price was 4000, I turned it down. Shortly after Red announced the primes, and with the new 300 prime as an option for 4000. You can imagine the value of the old version plummeted. I ended up selling for much less.

If the new RED zoom lenses with OLED's are announced in the 1 to 3 grand price, those older zooms will take a steep dive in price.

Things to consider as you make your decision.
