i wish you luck and wish the market was not so soft, but i think you'll have a hard time w/out a better pkg price or lower base price. Sold my tricked out MX with SSD and a bunch of acc's for $9,500usd but about 4 months ago....prices are dropping fast at the moment and if you don't want to get stuck with a hot potato, better just bite the bullet and put out your best price before it stings even further. Just some words of advise as a new announcement from RED about price drops and Scarlets selling for $7500 to $8500.....might want to put that all in perspective and move on....longer you wait, the harder it will be to sell and the less you'll get.
 
Thanks John, but RED have not announced any pricing at all yet so that is all heresay...and I have never seen a price so low. If you chose to 'give away' your R1 at that price that's your business but I would prefer, as would most others to not jump on board people's threads stating things should be cheaper and to a pricepoint which is already too low. Not particularly good etiquette. Seen plenty of around this mark and am happy to leave it there. I'm sure some however have been desperate to sell and give away theirs but I'm not. I'm happy and even so if it sat on my shelf as an historic reminder of the beginning...kinda sad to even sell it.
