SOLD
Oconnor 2575a Fluid Head in fantastic condition.
$6,500 USD --
Spent thousands having the inside completely cleaned, old/worn bits replaced and everything checked out. Works flawlessly now with industry standard 2575 feel and payload. Externally in good condition; has some scratches (this is a used fluid head), but not bad (see photos) – it looks good. The main difference between this and later versions of the 2575 is that this one does not have a numerical counter for the counterbalance whereas the newer models have the numerical counterbalance.
Price includes: Mitchell base 2575a, tie down, 2 handles and shipping w/in N. America. Will ship worldwide (extra charges).
For additional $650 USD --
I’ll add a custom-made 21” RED/Arri/ET compatible dovetail plate—sufficiently large for RED One cameras plus 24-290 Optimo zoom lenses (which is what it was designed for). Has 3/8 helicoil threaded and ¼-20 threaded holes and a relatively large leading edge deck with button style safety mechanism to facilitate sliding a heavy camera on and off. Basically, a slightly smaller (but nicer and just as effective) ET 24” plate for the price of their 18” plate.
Reason for sale: I’m needing funds for EPIC, SSDs and Grading monitors more than I need 2 fluid heads.
