We have the same sticks and got this response from Ronford Baker:

the maximum weight capacity of the Medium Duty Tripods is approx. 150lbs (68kg).

Red One (fully Loaded) - 50lbs
24-290 - 24lbs
Arrihead MK1 - 50lbs

Getting up there, but still within spec. We have absolutely no problems with our Red One, 2575, and a 18-90 technocook.
