How does this thing actually perform on speed wheels? Does it interface with standard track? (film air/matthews etc).

Ryan, the speed wheels work well on smooth surfaces. The dolly wheels are compatible with all stand track sizes like matthews etc. Also as a lightweight and affordable solution it works great with 1.5" PVC tube.
