I just got a Bomb EVF, so I'm letting go this very useful loupe. It's the most economical way to get a view finder for your RED. Just mount it on your 5" display and voila! You can completely detach it for using the screen, you can flip it up and you can have it attached to the screen, so it works as an EVF. It has a fully functional diopter. I'm keeping my second one for my second camera. It's really great!
its in great condition. Looks and works like new.
New Price is $500. Selling for $350 shipped in the ConUS, payment through PayPal as a gift, or you pay the 3% charge.please email me camerapilot et gmail. Com

How is the distortion of the loupe. Are the edges a bit bend and soft? I have "the competition" one.
How is magnification of the loupe? Can you easily see the whole picture or are you more focused on the center of the frame?

Thanks

Pat

Like any loupe, they are not 100% free of distortions, but for looking what it is, it does it's job really well. The picture is quite large, which I actually enjoy. If you want it smaller, you can always keep the menus on and the look around. That will make the picture quite smaller.
I'm still keeping my 2nd, as I think this is a really good solution.

Does anyone know who makes this Hood/Loupe?
I have asked Daniel, but he hasn't replied....
