Lens in great condition. Reason to sell is that I am using 5D Mk ii mainly, this lens got little use because it does not cover FF sensor of 5D.

Due to lots of demand on buying just the anamorphic adapter, I've decided to seperate the sale. This ebay sale will no longer include the anarmorphic adapter. I will put it anamorphic adapter sale on ebay seperately. Thanks for all interest.

The auction will end in 1 day 7 hours. If you have any question regarding to shipping, please pm me. Thanks

Hi Mike, I am gonna test this lens out tonight and will upload the links.
I dont have to remove the mirror since the flange or the rear did not touch anything which is good. Just that you prob have to buy the PL mount adapter for your 5D. I bought mine from cielo7 on ebay

Sorry for the rough quality of the video, i shot this in my room with iso crank up to 3200 at f3, as you can see there are vignettes from 25 to 80mm, although at 80mm it has softer and less vignettes. I hope this video give you an idea of how this lens performs on 5D mark ii. I don't have 7D but I'm guaranteed it works on 7D or any S35.

Well this is a lens made for super 35 so why try to use it on a 5d?
Here is short test I did with the same lens. Very nice and lightweight lens, and a good price to Jack!

Thanks for video, I bought this long time ago for my 7D, after an upgrade to 5D and have not used it much after all. It's better off to someone can make use of it.

So the lens is the same price without the Ana adapter now?

Seems a shame to break up the matched lens & Ana adapter (did they have the same serial number?) as it's getting rare to see Lomos now with matched (original) Anas.

The rear Ana adapters don't produce the creamy/flare/bokeh effects of the front Anas (Squares or Rounds) - it's much harder to get that horizontal flare that everyone wants :001_smile: so be careful when selling it to users who might be expecting a rear Ana to perform like a front of lens solution.

Hi guys, this zoom lens and anamorphic adapter is for sale again ( AUD $2800 firm, thanks for the point, I won't seperate it as the buyer deserve to have the original ana adapter for this lens).
Please pm if you are interested.
Serious buyers please, the previous buyer on ebay was total scam and it was a waste of time for me.
Sorry I won't ship or sell to Columbia. Australian buyers can contact me for personal inspection before buying.

Good choice keeping the ana/lens combo - it's getting rare to see real Lomo combos nowadays. I'm sure a buyer will come along who knows what they're looking at!

Looks like you had a narrow escape on Ebay.

I've found out about the weight of this lens today. Total weight of the lens is 1.03 kg so it's perfect for handheld work. :)

I am using this lens on a tv show now handheld all the time. The weight is great and the only option if you want that zoom range if you want to keep it light.
Its sharp and easy to work with. The only negativ is that the lens moves out a little bit when focusing. (No internal focus.)
Other then that I find it very nice!

Thanks for the info Roger. How much does the lens extend? IS there any samples online? I'm assuming it holds focus when zooming. Also, what camera are you using with this lens?

It's a fantastic lens. I shot an entire movie on one with the exception of 3 shots. I have 2. there really isn't anything else like it out there.

I have one, sans ana adapter. I am very interested in your set, but I would need to sell mine first. Anybody interested in a 3 way trade. If you don't need the ana adapter (or if you have one and are looking for the zoom), I can try and set something up that will make everyone happy.

Hi Bob.
Not sure how fare since I don´t have it right in front of me. About 1,5 cm maybe. Not a big problem. You can also use screw on filters. Mine has focus gears, but right now I use my hand because we are shooting documentary style. Easy and precise to focus with. Mine is a bit newer model called optar, but I am sure its the same glass inside.
