SOLD

Hi!

I have for sale a brand new JVC DT-V1710CG Professional 17" HD CRT Monitor.

The box has been open so we could quickly test the monitor, but it is BRAND NEW - 0 (zero) hours on the meter! Perfect condition, not a scratch on the metal casing or the screen. It is really new and pristine.

Full specs here (including a downloadable pdf file):

http://www.dsvideo.tv/jvc_2355.php

It can take all flavors of HD, including 720p and 1080psf so you can use it to edit and color correct all HD footage, originating from RED ONE, RED EPIC, SCARLET, and other cameras of course. Calibrated to REC 709 for professional color correction.

The regular price is $2,079 at B&H and there is only one on eBay for $2,495. See links below for reference:

The thing is, this monitor comes with no input cards, so if you want to use it, you need one of the several input cards made for this monitor, which are very hard to get and very expensive. The good news is, I am adding the best, most expensive input HD card to this monitor, namely the IF-C12HSDG HD-SDI Board! It is priced new at around $3,900:

http://shop.texasmediasystems.com/JVC-IF-C12HSDG_p_2921.html

This is the best card available for the monitor (allows for 24 frames 720 and 1080 HD), and I am including it in the purchase.

The only reason I am selling, is we are upgrading to the bigger 19" version (DT-V1910).

I am asking for only $1,000 (price reduced) for the entire package.

Again, the monitor is NEW, in PERFECT CONDITION. It comes packed in its ORIGINAL box, with all cables, manuals and accessories. By the way, the monitor comes with a very neat 16:9 bezel (mask) which you can put in front of the glass to monitor elegantly in the 16:9 aspect ratio. An additional $184 value, also brand new.
Remember, the HD input card is damn near impossible to find.

Let me know if you're interested. Available to be picked up in Manhattan.

Thanks!

FINAL PRICE REDUCTION!

$1,500

Remember - it's a BRAND NEW monitor (zero hours) and it comes with the most expensive input HD card - which is practically impossible to find. Also very, very expensive.
Fully functional out of the box. Great deal.

Thanks!
George

Further price reduction: now only $1,400

Check the details in the first post. Great deal.

Open to shipping as well, even though I would prefer a local NYC pick-up.

New Price: $1,200

That's a bargain for a BRAND NEW HD CRT monitor + HD input card!

LAST CALL before I put it on eBay at a higher price...

That's a great, brand new HD CRT monitor PERFECT for color correcting Epic/Scarlet footage accurately.
You can also use all the RedLogFilm to REC 709 LUTs floating around reduser.

The CRTs still have the best blacks in my opinion.

Will list on eBay this coming week if no one on Reduser needs it.
Thanks!

Getting ready to list on eBay on Monday. Let me know if anyone wants it before that. It will be listed at a higher price.

Thanks!
George

And - I am reducing the price to only $1,100.

Read the first post for details. BRAND NEW monitor + HD Card. Thousands of dollars worth.

FINAL CALL

$1,000 to a Reduser member or it goes on eBay for $1,500 this Thursday...

Thanks!
