As we need to help defray the cost of a new set of Red primes, we're selling our set of smaller, lighter, faster, and older Zeiss superspeed (T1.4) prime lenses -- 18, 25, 35, 50, and 85mm.
These lenses are the first generation of Superspeeds, known either as Mark I or B-speeds (see http://cinematechnic.com/resources/zeiss_super_speed_f1,2_lenses.html). All have been updated with PL mounts, focus gears, and 80mm fronts.
These lenses are all in excellent optical and mechanical shape, having in the last year been thoroughly overhauled at considerable expense by Focus Optics in LA. We've been very pleased with their performance on the Red, and are only replacing them because they're likely to vignette on the larger-than-normal sensor of the next generation of Red to which we're planning to upgrade.
Looking for a firm $20K for the set, which are available for inspection and testing in New York City.
