The lens is a late model (1981) and is in better condition than most now on the market. All of the elements are clean. No fungus or other element scratches. Lens serviced by Duclos. Serial # is 1469619

Thanks for your interest in the lens. This is really a great lens and I hate to part with it... but alas I have to sacrifice something to acquire both our Epic Stage 2 cameras. I'm sure you'll like the lens as Tim Whitcomb, the prior owner can attest to. The look of this lens can only be described as epic... kind of a "Last of the Mohicans" look to it. Funny that I'm selling an epic lens to get an epic camera... lol. Would love to keep an epic looking lens for an Epic camera.

Say I apologize for resurrecting an old thread, but that mounting system for the camera and lens - what is that and what parts do I need. I have the same red one camera, and I just got a cooke 20-100mm lens and I need good support for both the camera and the lens. I'm new to this large lens thing, so I'm not that familiar with the support mechanisms.
