SOLD This is a wonderful Angeneuix 20 - 120 that has an excellent "Curve" on the projector and pairs wonderfully with the RED ONE M Sensor. Has a really warm film look that is gorgeous.
We bought this for a feature film, whose financing fell through. It is an awesome INDIE Film lens for those who cant afford the RPP's or other glass.
One can easily shoot an entire feature on this.
Now wanting to raise a little more cash so we can get our RPP's so excess gear has to go.
Was recently serviced at DUCLOS Lenses in LA and they said it was in overall great shape. We had them install a NEW Front Element (rear element was clean but front was scratched). Also comes with a second Rear Element and a custom Carrying Case.
Also Includes the Lens Mount ($400) and a brand new Lens Bridge (Opitek) that bolts on top of a Universal Mount for a Perfect fit on the RED ONE (see pics)
Duclos also lubricated it so it turns smoothly, repaired a worm gear for the large FF gear. This lens is built like a TANK. Has Zoom Motor Ring as well and its own Lens Shade that screws on. We also had them adjust focus to go past Infinity for more accurate focusing.
Here is (silly) test shoot with some of the guys on our roof at "Magic Hour" 2 weeks ago. Build 21, REC 42 "ROCKET BATTLE"
This lens really resolves a gorgeous image with the R1 so please excuse the compression, this was also transcoded to prores4444 before
encoding for the web. No Color Correction was applied to video. (NOTE: They had maybe 20 seconds of
preproduction on this shoot... :blush5
its part of a RED Rocket™™™™™ SUITE promo ad we are working on for the studio... :zombie_smiley:
We have over $4400.00 invested in this lens and will sell to first
SOLD including US Ground shipping and insurance. International Buyers
MUST pay shipping and customs.
BANK WIRE PREFERRED as paypal fees are excessive. (Unless you want to pay the paypal fees) Buy in confidence, I've bought and sold a ton of gear on reduser and its always smooth. References available to interested buyers. If you don't have any posts, please stop stroking me with offers and then silence.
If any low budget filmmaker is looking for ONE lens that takes great images, covers Focal Lengths from 20 to 120 and you are on a budget.
This is it. The only negative is the size and weight for steadi-work is prohibitive. But we tossed it on an 8 Foot Kessler Crane and Miller 55 Solo
with no issues. Its a great lens.
PIC 1, 2 with Opitek Mount and Lens Hood
PIC 3 Custom Original Metal Case with Felt Inserts + Extras
