  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Kwan...read carefully, that's PCI-X model and not PCI-e, there's no way new PCI-e AJA KONA 3 will cost $1700. With that being said, the picture posted on bhp is very misleading.

It doesnt say if it's new or not. New KONA 3 will cost $2999-ish, and i dont think there's a price revision of new item...at least not in my area.

I think the current price drops by resellers is due to the fact that the new kona is out any day now, and slated to be 2 grand, so a lot of people are holding out for it, and now resellers need to move existing inventory. (just my observation) and it makes sense.

I am sorry, but all in a way you are wrong and my add it is not a misleading one. I bought the card some time ago for 2590 plus VAT 21% total 3134 Euro. I never said that its the Kona 3 G ( the new one ) and despite the fact that I officially bought it from the Greek representative of AJA in Athens Greece, can not be considered as new , but since I never used it, in a way, it's new. On the other hand don't forget that AJA is a California company and I am based in Europe which means import taxes shipping expenses plus representative's profits.....I hope you understand.
