This is a first generation 8-Core machine and includes the Nvidia Quadro 4500 card making it fantastic for 3D work, compositing, heavy editing, and color projects. This system has worked faithfully for us without a single stability issue in both the Mac OS and Windows dual-boot setup for over a year. All components are straight from the original Apple setup, aside from one extra aftermarket 500gb harddrive. Obviously this is a used system, and there are a few minor scuffs on the outside of the case.
I'm only parting with it because I've come to realize I simply have no use for the power this machine is capable of anymore. I no longer do a lot of transcoding or effects work, and it's been sitting mostly dormant for more than a two months...I'm sure it can most serve someone else better than it's currently serving me.
