front diameter of the upcoming red pro lens

I have an opportunity to buy some macro diopters
and want them to be compatible....

You may still be able to make your smaller diopter work with a stepping ring. 110 may be the filter thread size, but the actual effective aperture of the lens has to be smaller, at least for the short and mid-focal length ranges (unless these are f/0.5 lenses
