Figured I'd let you know I just posted a bunch of workflow tutorials on my site about the new features in FCPX. The one you'll probably be most interested in is:

Some of the highlights are a 2 part Red workflow tutorial, a 2 part 7to X Red Workflow tutorial, and one on how to batch rename and create complicated multicam clips.
They're pretty in depth, but focus less on what the buttons do and more on how to get your projects done from beginning to end. Very workflow centric.
