I've got an ancient McAllister dolly sitting in my storeroom and the space is worth more to me than the dolly.

If you want a "White Christmas" dolly for camera support or just as a prop, it's yours for the taking. Of course you'll have to come to sunny Birmingham, Alabama to get it. No, I won't box it up and ship it anywhere.

It's in pretty good shape, except the electric pump motor needs to be replaced or repaired.

I hate to part with all the lovely bits of machined aluminum, but I'd rather have someone else enjoy using it. The serial number is very, very low; who knows how many famous cinematographers have taken it for a ride; here's your chance to own a part of motion picture history!

Good shooting and best regards,

Leo

Are there any accessory bits with this--seats, side boards, etc.?

It has a couple of seats and side boards. Haven't seen the side boards lately, but they are probably around the studio somewhere.

Thats quite the generous offer Leo.

On behalf of the the Red community. Thank you, and make sure it goes to a
good home!

I guess I didn't count on more than one person wanting our dolly and it's difficult to choose, so here's an idea; I'd like to request a donation to a very worthy cause. We recently did a pro bono job for the Rashel Foundation, which provides aid to women cancer victims.

Whoever will make the nicest donation to the Rashel Foundation gets the dolly. If you watch the little video on the website you'll see what a remarkable charity this is.

Best regards to all,

Leo
