Hi all. Not sure if this is the right place to post this but I looked around and didn't find any dedicated place to alert everyone and thought I should.
I received a phone call last week from a David Demeo. He said his son wanted Red cameras and he was trying to set him up for his business.
Long story short, he asked me to send him an invoice to his email at david.demeo@ocularinc.net
I did. He paid by credit card under an address in Valencia, Ca. The card didn't go through. He said he spoke to the bank and it was just because of the amount. Processed it again, declined.
Then he gave me another credit card. Declined. Was able to track that card to an address in Sheboygan, Wi.
Then looked up the domain he was under. The company Ocular, is Ocularinc.com, not ocularinc.net.
His domain was recently set up by someone in Illinois and they set it to redirect to ocular.com. However, it was all shady and fraudulent so please be on the lookout!
