Sorry guys to post this but I can't find anything like this on the forum.
So, I notice that when I shot Red Coded and Pro res together let's say at 120 fps (project base 25) varispeed, I notice that I can see the true 120 only with the red codec but with pro res is faster.
I also tried to record only pro res, I know that the final delivery is in 2K only so I set at 240fps, 2k, project base 25fps. As you can see in the picture it says: 2k @30 fps...
I am a little bit confused...lol....
Thanks for the help, just I need to understand as I am new to Red and there are sooooo many settings...!

Thanks my friend.
But the prores should have some slow motion? I notice that at 60fps don't appear the yellow writing....maybe is the maximum?
So this mean that if I wat a good slow mo I need to shoot both the codecs....then I can just get the slow mo bit from the red code file....
Did you ever tried to shot only pro res?

Hi Matthew just checked the manual (I have read it 5 times all of it...but there are so many things that I forget about it!!) So it only go to 60fps in prores which is not bad. So potentially I can record 5K, in camera downscaling in 2k (field of view remain the same) and record up to 60fps
Here is: 422 HQ, 422 and 422 LT at 2K (2048 × 1080) up to 60 fps

maximum prores frame rate is 60fps as far as i know

Anyway 5k redcode slowmo works quite well in fcpx but I drag the file in a 1080 timeline. I work on the promise pegasus and is quite fast
