  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Hey Guys,

I'm using RedCine-X to output DXP sequences for one of our vfx vendors. Is there a way to have it output the DPX sequences starting at a specific frame number, for example 1001? Traditionally vfx plates are delivered with the frame count starting @ frame 1001. I'm not seeing any way to specify that.

thanks,

All the VFX plates I ever dealt with at Cinesite and ILM started at 00001 for DPX sequences. I concede that every company has different tech standards, and it's important for everybody to get on the same page in terms of work flow so it all works seamlessly and without any delays.
