Late 1975 model. Mint condition for its age.

Very light cleaning marks visible only in direct sunlight. No scratches, no fungus, no separation.

Focus is smooth.

Includes a dovetail lens support and a 15mm bracket.

Yes, as shown below 37-140mm Foton zoom lenses have a little notch that slides into the slit on the anamorphic adapter - it makes the Foton-A single-focus.
