Forum Tip

[Ace]

Pretty powerful feature that I've been using to browse the forum for the past few years, is the posts per page option. Instead of trawling through 10's of pages, I often see 1-3 page threads at most. That way you can see conversations layed out in front of you in a much more succinct and efficient manner and saves having to browse through tons of pages.

It's as if this tip was for me... been meaning to adjust this, but now it seems a must.

thanks

Agreed Ace.. I've taken advantage of this for a long time as well.

As a reminder to folks: this means that not everybody has the same "view" of a thread... so instead of saying "Look at the post at the top of page 4", you should say "Look at post #122".

I use 20 per page, it's better than 10 already.

Now, the forum is using a new font, not so nice to read as the good and old Verdana .

Agreed.

I've used the 40 posts per page ever since I joined. makes it a bit troublesome when some one says "on page 'xx'..." and it's really page x for me. Oh well.

Actually, yes it does. Thanks for all you do. (do you ever get tired of hearing that?)

Man...if it only balances it out, you must be getting record amounts of spam.
